I've been using TSheets for a couple of years and am thrilled with the time tracking feature but also the reporting feature. It's proven to be invaluable to our organization to know who is working (in real time) and on what project. The reports are generated automatically and are submitted to our payroll company - such a time saver compared to taking time cards and having to manually record everything.
