Cyberduck is a good FTP/SFTP client for macOS and Windows. It's been my go-to FTP software for years, and it has a much more modern and clean interface compared to FileZilla. The only drawback is that it's not available for Linux.

Commander One is a powerful free file browser, with the FTP being the paid option, and does the job better than FileZilla (which is so insecure and overrated it defies explanation) and Cyberduck, which is quite middling.
