LibreOffice - Draw vs PGF and TikZ opinions
      pros, cons and recent comments
Hard to incorporate LaTeX math formatting, which is the main reason many use PGF/TikZ, and I think LibreOffice - Draw is also harder to use to make true vector graphics.
