TeensyTask

TeensyTask is a deliberately minimal task list for freelancers, sole traders and anyone who has found the big project tools more work than the work itself.

Make a list for each client, project or part of your life, add tasks, and tick them off with a satisfying pop. Tasks can repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and come back by themselves when they’re due. That’s pretty much the whole app!

Everything else has been left out on purpose: no due dates, priorities, labels, time tracking, Gantt charts, dashboards, automations, AI assistant, notifications or upgrade pop-ups. Nothing goes overdue, and there’s nothing to set up or maintain.

TeensyTask runs in any modern browser and installs as an app on Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. It works offline, and your lists sync automatically across up to three devices. They’re encrypted before they leave your device. There’s no advertising and no tracking in the app.

One plan at £5 ($6) a month with everything included.
