What is Taskpile?

Taskpile is a task manager built native to MCP, the protocol AI assistants speak. Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any MCP client, and your assistant can capture tasks mid-conversation, tell you what's on your plate, and batch-update your list from prose. No copy-paste, no switching apps.

The app itself is deliberately quiet. Capture everything into one inbox with zero decisions at capture time. Each morning, a two-minute review gives every item exactly one decision: Today, Later, or off your plate. Then you work from a single Today screen. No P1/P2/P3 priorities, no status workflows, no project bureaucracy. Horizons (Today, Tomorrow, In a few days, Next week, Someday) replace fake due dates.

Extras where they earn their keep: recurring tasks, delegation with follow-up reminders, project sharing for small teams, a morning digest email, a drag-and-drop board, and a focus timer. Built by a small, self-funded Danish company. Free plan with no card;
