Best package manager for Debian and Ubuntu with UI. Intuitive package markers, quick search, the ability to add/remove/disable repositories. I recommend
Simple to use, maybe lacks little icons to represent the software. I miss it on windows, just installing 1000+ packages in a single time on a fresh install is impossible on windows. One click update is awesome. Also the search possibility is easy.

KISS but still usable for unexperienced Users
I use this a lot, because I am on Ubuntu. Even though there is an Add/Remove program utility, this usually has more and I can find things easier in it. If something is not in the list of programs I just add or update my repository.
