Just works great. It's had every feature I've needed over the last several years and I've been able to set things up without hardly any effort. It's got lots of features I don't use, too, but unlike most media players I've tried it doesn't let those get in the way of how I want to use it.

Fork of Clementine that's less bloated, and allowing bit perfect playback in Linux. Supports Tidal in Hi-Fi too.
I've tried Strawberry, after being a clementine fan. Strawberry is very much the same. I have however found it isn't very stable - I'm running Windows 10 (1903). I've got it running on a new machine with plenty of RAM and a pretty tiny music collection but it freezes and crashes.
Windows releases 0.6.6, 0.6.7 and 0.6.8 had some stability issues caused by the GStreamer WASAPI plugin, version 0.6.8 has been rebuilt and repackaged as 0.6.8.11.g3791d11 with the WASAPI plugin removed and a added Qt style plugin, this solves the stability issues and also adds a nicer GUI appearance. It can be downloaded now from https://www.strawberrymusicplayer.org/ The problem can also be solved by setting the Output in the backend setting to "Output to a sound card via Direct Sound" or by deleting libgstwasapi.dll from the gstreamer-plugins directory. If this doesn't solve your problem file a bug report on https://github.com/jonaski/strawberry/issues

Not worth spending $20, specially when there're far better alternatives.
uhm i really like strawberrys and as i was looking for an alternative to i tunes i thought i'd give it a try! turns out you have to pay money 20$ for the windows version. i was looking for a free music player, reading the comments i just wonder if we get any receipts and garanties with the payment!
I love Strawberry, it has all the features of Clementine without a lot of the bloated code. Also it is quite customizable and has awesome music management tools.
