What is CLIAMP?

CLIAMP is a terminal music player that draws its design inspiration from the retro Winamp interface. It offers a range of features including a visual spectrum analyzer and a parametric EQ. CLIAMP supports a variety of music sources including local files, streaming services, and self-hosted servers, making it a versatile option for music playback.

The software allows users to playback from a variety of popular platforms including YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, Bilibili, and NetEase Cloud Music. In addition, CLIAMP offers a built-in radio browser with access to over 30,000 stations. The software also includes an interactive setup wizard for remote providers such as Navidrome, Plex, and Jellyfin. The interface of CLIAMP incorporates elements of Bubbletea and Lip Gloss, maintaining the retro Winamp-inspired aesthetic.
