... because it finally finds stuff Spotlight doesn't! You can also use wildcards like *.jpg, and similar. (although you have to first choose "wildcard mode" with the radio buttons) It works and searches quite fast, too, I wonder if it uses Spotlight's index database with a much better interface a search results list. Recommended.
