Spiceworks is a software suite for IT professionals to manage networks, troubleshoot issues, and handle IT tasks. It offers free online tools for network connectivity management, remote computer access, user activity monitoring, contract tracking, and inventory scanning.
The software includes network management tools like a network mapper and a help desk ticketing app. It's designed for network monitoring and management, PC inventory, help desk operations, and software reporting, making it ideal for small and medium-sized businesses.
Key features of Spiceworks allow IT professionals to discover virtual server information, remotely view and terminate processes, enhance help desk operations, and identify installed applications on workstations. Users can track in-app purchases, request quotes from vendors, and discover utilized Cloud services.
Spiceworks also offers a free Cloud Help Desk tool for tracking and prioritizing user requests, managing projects, and enhancing the end-user experience. This tool reduces costs by eliminating the need for a full support department. It also declutters inboxes and supports going paperless. Comments and Reviews
They don't accept Proton Email
So much more than Help Desk.
I have found the Inventory tool most useful. It even tracks changes to our Cisco switch configs.
It's free but it has ads. The good new is they are not invasive. They only use ads to live and it has a great community. It worths.
It's a good free alternative if you don't want to buy something like
SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor or
Total Network Monitor . It has the most of the main features, perfect for the monitoring of small networks.

It just works. Offers Inventory Management, Network Scans, Helpdesk, Reports, Monitor and more. Easy to setup, easy to use, easy to upgrade.
The Free version is ad supported but the bought version is ad free.
Highly recomended
Its free for users but technology providers and corporations have to pay $1000 a month to assist users. This make totally no sense whatsoever.
