Nice and cost effective tool. Started as qualitative analytics tool with Heatmap and user recording. Now provide few products analytics features like event breakdown and user retention analysis

Rely useful tool for help desk with smartupp integration. If the user let use we can see his screen and easily understand what is the issue. The heatmaps are also useful for our product team.
