What is TraceUX?

TraceUX is a free and unlimited, self-hosted UX analytics and product feedback platform for teams that want to understand their users without combining several paid services.

Capture and replay user sessions, collect contextual feedback and surveys, publish Markdown announcements, and manage support tickets from one dashboard. Announcement engagement includes per-announcement reads, reactions, and comments.

TraceUX also includes browser logs, backend performance monitoring, Slack notifications, multi-user access, and a unified widget for feedback and announcements.

Connect your sites using the NPM package, a script tag, or Google Tag Manager. Deploy TraceUX with Docker or as a lightweight single binary backed by SQLite.

Because you host it yourself, your infrastructure, storage, and retention settings define the limits. Your data remains under your control.

TraceUX is distributed under the TraceUX Community Source License 1.0. The source is available for use and collaboration under the same TraceUX brand.
