Very good and freeware. It allows me to write my music, export it in midi format file and upload it to Reaper DAW. It also allows me to import any midi I recorded within Reaper and instantly have a music score to share with fellow musicians.

riveravaldez MuseScore is simpler and more flexible than Sibelius, and is under GPL, free-software, available for everybody, without restrictions. Its improving constantly, and you can use it at will. Lighter and so-much-less trouble maker than Sibelius. With open/standard formats: no locking-in.

Very similar, and either/or software for music production? If required, I'd simply go for whichever package is the cheaper at the time?
