I tried it for a month or so, but got disgusted with the amount of sheer BULLSHIT you have to go through to launch this application. Maybe I don't WANT another group of strangers running their filthy fingers through my email list!
The breaking point came today, when I activated Runtastic on my Android smart phone -- and it simply refused to work as I sweated through a 50 km training ride. That's NOT the kind of thing you want to find out after the session!
I want something I can turn on, use, turn off, and review. That's not rocket surgery, now, is it?
it is, kind of rocket surgery, yes
Not as advanced as the other applications, needs a whole alot of polish on its UI too. Can't understand that they wants to be paid for the speech syntesis that is built into Android... Other apps uses this without fuzz...
best tracking app ever - featured several times by Apple, Google and BlackBerry!
