Lora information
What is Lora?
Lora is a running coach for iPhone and Apple Watch. You describe your goal, it builds the week, and it rewrites that week when your body doesn't follow the plan.
What it looks at: your completed runs, your heart rate, your HRV and your sleep, read from Apple Health, or from Garmin and Coros through Intervals.icu. When recovery drops, the session gets shorter or easier and the app says why. When you string good weeks together, it puts the intensity back.
You can also just tell it. "My calf is tight", "I'm travelling Thursday", "the last one was too hard" — the plan changes from the conversation, and Lora remembers it for the weeks after.
Guided sessions run on the phone or on the watch, with spoken cues for warm-up, blocks and pace, screen locked. Interface and coaching in English and French.
