What is Endurance Debrief?
Endurance Debrief reads your .fit, .tcx, or .gpx file from Garmin, Wahoo, Apple Watch, Coros, Polar, Suunto, or Sigma — and gives you a complete training debrief in about 10 seconds.
Per workout (micro): – Normalized Power (NP) and Intensity Factor (IF) – Training Stress Score (TSS) — power-, HR-, or pace-based, always labelled – Time in zones (Z1–Z5) – Aerobic decoupling (Pw:Hr) — the honest indicator for aerobic fitness – A rule-based coach text: what the session was, the key metric, and what to do tomorrow
Long-term tracking (macro): – CTL, ATL, and TSB in a Performance Management Chart – Exponentially weighted over 42 and 7 days — the same math as TrainingPeaks
