What is Lapline?

Lapline is a training analysis app for runners and cyclists. It imports workout and body data from files and connected Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Wahoo, and Withings devices, keeping activity history together across device changes. Sessions can include pace, heart rate, laps, splits, maps, running form, and comparisons with typical performance or previous runs on the same route.

The app tracks training load, calendar activity, pace and heart-rate trends, personal records, and estimated 5K, 10K, half-marathon, and marathon times. It combines weight, body composition, resting heart rate, and HRV data with training data to show recovery trends based on personal baselines. Training plans can be created for races, modified by moving or skipping sessions, synchronized with a calendar, and displayed with weather forecasts.

Cuca is an in-app assistant that answers questions using workout, training-load, and recovery data; it does not provide medical advice. The free version includes session analysis, training load, calendar, trends, records, and body trends. Pro adds Cuca, training plans, a route builder, additional charts, and full cross-device history.
