What is Relay GTD?

Relay GTD is a management system that simplifies tasks, projects, and goals according to the Getting Things Done methodology. It has an Inbox for capturing information, which is then broken down into manageable steps. The system displays only the next required actions based on the user's location, time, and energy.

The software includes a twelve-step weekly review process and a five-minute daily review. It connects projects to specific areas, goals, vision, and purpose. Projects without a next action are flagged as stalled.

Relay GTD has apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, and Windows, and a web app, all accessible from one account. It syncs with Google Tasks, Microsoft To Do, Todoist, Notion, Linear, and Apple Reminders. Users can view Google and Outlook calendars with their actions, and Apple Calendar on Apple devices. It also imports data from Nirvana and Todoist.
