What is ReciteMail?

ReciteMail is a Windows desktop email assistant that creates replies in your voice. It's an import-only tool where you import selected messages (.eml, .mbox, .msg or .pst) into a secure, AES-256 encrypted database on your computer.

To create a reply, paste the email, dictate a brief, or snip it from any screen. ReciteMail can also generate a reply from the email itself, identifying any personal information for you to fill in. The draft is created in your style, not a template, which you can then copy into any email client.

The software includes a Company Facts panel for your business policies, ensuring drafts quote actual terms. Other features include local full-text search, adaptable templates, a contacts book, translation and drafting in over 60 languages, tone controls, spell check, a banned-words list, and a quick-capture bar.

ReciteMail is ideal for online stores, small businesses, support desks, and one-person operations. It's also used by professionals like accountants, clinics, law firms, property managers and agencies. It's compatible with Windows 10 and 11 and offers a free 7-day trial, no credit card required.
