What is RealTerm?
RealTerm is a terminal program specially designed for capturing, controlling and debugging binary and other difficult data streams. It is far better for debugging comms than HyperTerminal. It has no support for dialing modems, BBS, etc. - that is what HyperTerminal does.

Has many options for e.g. delays and really good for debugging communcation with timestamped logging of comm.

It works very steadily. But has, for example, only 2 fields for sending AT commands. And it resets port settings on startup. Good base, but a constant pain to use.
