Using this software from Last year, It helps you with the ability to create online documentation, user guides, manuals, FAQs, help sites easily with an amazing interface.
The software is simple to use and to some extent I was relieved, as it doesn’t require any installation or coding from our end. Although it would have been better if it offered more features, yet I am happy as the IT documentation I could create has received positive feedback from my clients.
ProProfs Knowledge Base is one of the most simple tools we have used so far. It works smoothly across devices and offers extensive customization options. Also, there are some beautiful templates to choose from.
I needed to create product manuals for our clients to let them resolve queries on their own. I tried ProProfs Knowledge Base and absolutely loved it. The tool comes with in-built templates and an excellent editor that helped us create well-organized product manuals for our clients.

The tool is very user-friendly. It doesn’t require expertise in a particular language, be it HTML or any other. So I didn’t find any issue while using it. My technical team used it to create software documentation and we are quite happy with its performance. A thumbs up to ProProfs Knowledge Base software.
