Using this software from Last year, It helps you with the ability to create online documentation, user guides, manuals, FAQs, help sites easily with an amazing interface.
The software is simple to use and to some extent I was relieved, as it doesn’t require any installation or coding from our end. Although it would have been better if it offered more features, yet I am happy as the IT documentation I could create has received positive feedback from my clients.

Best for Creating Software Documentation
The tool is very user-friendly. It doesn’t require expertise in a particular language, be it HTML or any other. So I didn’t find any issue while using it. My technical team used it to create software documentation and we are quite happy with its performance. A thumbs up to ProProfs Knowledge Base software.
ProProfs Knowledge Base software is ideal for creating an online employee handbook that employees can access conveniently to find information. I used it for the same and I am impressed with the change it has brought in the way we induct new employees to our firm. Now our new employees simply need to go through the employee handbook to get information on their roles and responsibilities, work profile etc.
It helped me create an online internal knowledge base for my employees. Features are awesome. A major part of the credit goes to this software as it helped us develop an in-house platform where the workforce can share and update knowledge and stay connected with different teams.
One of the best pro of ProProfs Knowledgebase is revision history so documentation is never lost. Easy to collaborate and create content with permission controls & review process. I use the tool for training and on-boarding new employees. It's a good tool for keeping documents in a central place and revision history is great for quick retrieval of content. Also collaboration is easy by setting up review processes with roles and permissions.
