patheticcockroachBetter features than Postman for my use case: I need full control over the headers, including the ability to remove them all, something which Postman doesn't allow to do (they add tons of junk headers)

Bruno VS Postman
Is Bruno a good alternative to Postman?Comments about Bruno as an Alternative to Postman
Postman shut off his local client and forces you now to store your data in their cloud, also running your requests through their proxy.
It also is quite a mess to colaborate on postman colections, if you don't want to use / pay for their cloud.
With Bruno all that is not an issue at all - they work in a way which comes very natural to a developer and you can perfectly integrate your api test collections to your code repository.
2BlerkotronLightweight, portable, very familiar UI for ex-Postman users.

Comments about Insomnia REST Client as an Alternative to Postman
Compared to postman this is definitely better the UI is less cluttered there's Linux support, and it just looks nicer.
Very similar to Postman, but doesn't require logging in for basic features. So useful for some quick testing.
It's not lightweight, because still uses Electron and not native, so consuming memory alot
Many of the same features as Postman, but no sync unless you pay. This is a deal breaker to developers who work on multiple computers, like home & work PCs.
