pgModeler is an open source tool for modeling databases that merges the classical concepts of entity-relationship diagrams with specific features that only PostgreSQL implements. Built over Qt framework, pgModeler can be compiled under Windows, Linux and macOS. The build scripts are easily configurable in order to resolve specific dependencies on each system.
pgModeler is open source with a GPL license, giving users confidence that the code is not doing anything suspicious with the data. A public repository allows forks and full access to the source code. Developers can create their own versions from the existing code. Meanwhile, ready-to-install binaries are available for a small fee to support development
