Pause Moment is an Android app that locks your phone at a time you set in advance, for one to ten minutes, displaying a photo and written words you composed earlier when your head was clear. No swipe, no snooze, no notification. After the time elapses, two buttons appear: "I did it" or "I skipped." The phone unlocks either way.
It's built for people who've tried every willpower-based fix and want a structural one. Parents who want to be present at family dinner. ADHD adults who dismiss their reminders. People on antidepressants protecting daily routines. The wedge is silent and personal, opposite of the loud-persistent reminder apps that train you to dismiss.
