PandaDoc does not have a free plan, but it has a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions cost between $15 / month to $49 / month.
With PandaDoc, I got a bit more than I wanted, and it’s not necessarily a good thing. There are so many features that it can be a bit hard to navigate. I now prefer DottedSign as an alternative, it’s more intuitive and easier to work with. I like that I can watch the progress bar on who has signed the document already. Cool feature.
Someone recommend PandaDoc when my business was making a switch to e-signatures a little while back, and we were mostly happy with it. Unfortunately it lacks in some areas and we’ve begun using DottedSign this summer - my co-workers and I like it more, and we like all the security features too.
After trying PandaDoc out for a while, it really is not worth the effort. They did not have enough settings/features to actually work for my small business. Still not as bad as DocuSign, but had a really bad experience with their support.
