What is Pacelock?
Pacelock is a Pomodoro-style focus timer built around enforced structure instead of willpower. Every session goes through four steps: Commit (declare the goal), Plan (break it into blocks), Focus (run the timer), and Review (your personal session report). This makes it particularly suited to people with ADHD or chronic procrastination, who find frictionless "press start" timers too easy to abandon. The app is fully client-side: no account, no signup, no backend, no data leaves the browser. Sessions are saved locally in your browser, so reloading the tab resumes exactly where you were. It's installable as a PWA on mobile and desktop. Four built-in presets (25/5, 50/10, 15/3, 90/20) plus a fully custom mode. Includes a visual segment timeline, timestamped distraction dump, copy-ready session report in markdown, dark/light theme, and haptic + audio feedback.
