It was designed to be a small, easy to use and good looking PIM tool to help to manage personal information' and is a Note-taking tool in the office & productivity category. There are more than 50 alternatives to Osmo for a variety of platforms, including Windows, Linux, Android, Mac and Web-based apps. The best Osmo alternative is CherryTree, which is both free and Open Source. Other great apps like Osmo are Fossify Calendar, Trilium Notes, Cryptee and Simple Calendar.
