Wow, I'm impressed. It's designed from the ground-up, so experienced CAD users will have some adjustment but it's really intuitive. Measure a distance? Just click the surfaces. Mates are often done with just one click. Renaming parts is as easy as renaming the files. Even swapping out parts is just as simple.
The free version has all the features you could want in CAD, but your projects are public. Great for hobbyists.
I'm running this on Linux, but since it's in a browser it works great.
I use Fusion 360 has my daily CAD software with my 3D printer on my personal computers. OnShape is a really good alternative and have all the tools needed. If you use Fusion 360, you will feel very comfortable using OnShape.
It's web-based and uses your browser, so, if you have a browser you can use it. Very handy.
