What is NodeThemes Analytics AI?

NodeThemes Analytics AI is a privacy-first web analytics plugin for WordPress, in the style of Matomo, that runs entirely on your own server. Visit data stays in your WordPress database: it is cookieless by default, never stores IP addresses and does not send visits to any outside analytics service.

Reports include visitors, visits, pageviews, bounce rate, real-time visitors and a visits log; channels, search engines, social networks, UTM campaigns and visits from AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude; a separate log of crawlers and AI agents; goals and conversions; WooCommerce revenue, shopping path and abandoned carts; Core Web Vitals from real visitors; segments, a custom dashboard and CSV export.

Locations come from a free GeoIP database (DB-IP Lite or MaxMind GeoLite2) stored on your server, downloaded only when you choose to. An optional AI summary of your traffic uses your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini API key and sends aggregated report tables only.
