What is Moritz?

Moritz is a free, open-source 3D creation suite for people coming from 3ds Max. It is based on Blender and keeps its rendering, sculpting, animation and procedural tools, but works the way Max users expect: Max navigation and shortcuts, the right-click quad menu, a Command Panel with Create, Modify and Utilities, Editable Poly with five sub-object levels, Max's tool names, and an Edit Poly modifier that sits in the middle of the stack while the modifiers below stay live.

Moritz is in early alpha: many features are still missing and bugs are expected. Bug reports and feature wishes go to the Moritz Discord.
