Said about Cinema 4D as an alternative
It's faster, more stable, easier to use and more powerful and it's made for artist not programmer. Don't believe the marketing hype that Maya is the standard, it's a software made in the 90's for the 90's by programmer for programmer. In Maya you will work on 1 idea for 1 week. In Cinema 4D you will work on 5 ideas per day.
It's exactly the same but better
Cinema 4D is a professional alternative to Blender the only other contender is Maya but I consider Cinema 4D to be the best non-free 3D editor suite out there.

I started to use (as an amateur) C4D back then when it was an Amiga software. It is still one of the best on the market, especially in the motion design sector.
Installed automatically when I installed other apps. Isn't that called bloatware?
It's installed alongside Adobe After Effects (along w/ Mocha...also not bloatware), which I'll assume you have installed. C4D is far from bloatware; it would be like accidentally being served a filet mignon along with your double quarter pounder.
