Million Short is an experimental web search engine (really, more of a discovery engine) that allows you to REMOVE the top million (or top 100k, 10k, 1k, 100) sites from the results set. We thought it might be somewhat interesting to see what we'd find if we just removed an entire slice of the web

This Search Engine is Very Powerful, with this you can get the search results based on website Ranking Values (top 100k, 10k, 1k, 100) - if you compare it with other search engines, you can not do that!
Think future is 3 different engines:

- research engine (find EXACTLY what you look for
- discovery engine ? MillionShort is this type

Great and Innovative Search Engine, this is i think the first Search Engine where you can exclude/get the Search Results related on Website Ranking Values (top 100 1k, 10k, 100k)
Agreed, only one of its type I've seen. And being able to exclude top results brings out some fascinating sites. Definitely a bubble breaker!
