Maxbound is an AI operating system for marketing and advertising agencies. Each client gets its own workspace, and the agency's team works alongside AI agents that handle day-to-day work across that client's WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and website chat.
You set up work by describing it in plain language. For example: "Reply professionally, and 10 hours after a conversation ends, follow up to get their details." Or: "Create a WhatsApp campaign for all this client's contacts for the new discount." The agent asks any clarifying questions, builds the workflow, waits for approval if the agency wants that for this client, and then runs it. You can make these requests inside Maxbound, or from ChatGPT, Claude or Codex through Maxbound's MCP server.

Workspaces can be cloned, so a setup built for one client can be reused for the next. Agents reply in the customer's language, including Iraqi Arabic and Kurdish (Sorani). Maxbound connects to each channel only through official platform APIs.
