What is Marxico?

Marxico is a browser-based Markdown editor that integrates with Evernote. It renders Markdown as rich HTML when saving notes, while retaining the original Markdown in the note so that notes created in Marxico can be reopened and edited there. It supports notebook and tag assignment, live preview, code highlighting, LaTeX expressions, tables, flowcharts, sequence diagrams, images, and attachments.

The application keeps unsynchronized documents in browser storage and can export documents as Markdown, HTML, or PDF. Its site also advertises a desktop client and a Chrome app. The documented synchronization model is intended for notes created in Marxico; the site warns that changes made in Evernote may not be detected or merged by Marxico.
