What is mainbrella?

Mainbrella is a hosted service for creating temporary isolated Linux workspaces for AI agents. Its API supports creating and stopping containers, executing commands, transferring files, selecting runtime or custom images, and accessing workspaces through SSH or a browser terminal.

The service uses fixed monthly plans with included compute allowances and limits on sessions and concurrency. Workspaces normally discard unsaved filesystem changes when stopped, while saved workspaces can be restored into a new container generation. The project also publishes its platform source code and documents deployment on a customer-controlled Cloudflare account.
