Comments about GOG GALAXY as an Alternative to Lutris
k 4uNot updating achievements, not updating new games on other platforms, new installed games never get into the recent titles gees - this is a mess lately. At least that annoying recommendation page you are pushed into now no longer auto-refreshes... so if you notice something there it at least stays on the screen. I'm literally pushed to try something else - Lutris on Linux and I remember something was heralded as Lutris for Linux.
coralinecastellAs of June 2019, GOG Galaxy does not support Linux and CDPR have no ETA for it. The whole point of using Lutris as a frontend is to circumvent that.

IMO, it's faster than Lutris
It does give-or-take all what Lutris can do, and it's available both on Flathub and as an AppImage which makes it real easy to install on elementary os and any other Linux system.
