I've been using LibrePhotos for a bit now and so far it's the best alternative to Google Photo's I've come across with. It's easy to setup thanks to Docker, easy to get started and a lot of functionality.

I had a question about deleting photos and a developer responded promptly to this and to an outstanding extend!

Albums are easily shared to another user or publicly. At this moment it's not possible for another user to add photos to the shared folder; only the owner can do this. I've created a feature request for this because this would make it even better!

I'm very happy with LibrePhotos!
