Just works out of the box. (I'm on Wayland/Hyprland.)
The only screen recorder I've managed to get to work properly on Wayland. It's simple, fast, lightweight, and does what I need, so it's perfect. There's also
Wayfarer that's supposed to work on Wayland, but I wasn't able to install it on Fedora.
Simple, intuitive, and works as expected. It runs also on the Wayland display server.
