Not the most feature-full option on IOS, but assuming you are not one of those weird ppl who connect an external keyboard to your Ipad and use it as a dev environment (🤦♂️) then this works good as a stand in for some personal web dev projects. Free, and ad-free. If you want one with git-integration, there is another free option called Spck Editor.
