iTerm has been discontinued. Similar apps include Ghostty, which is free and open source. Other options are Tabby, Termux, PowerShell and Windows Terminal. There's no shortage of Terminal Emulators like iTerm, with more than 50 alternatives for Linux, Mac, Windows, Android and iPhone.
