Ctrl-V Terminal information
What is Ctrl-V Terminal?
Ctrl-V Terminal is a tabbed SSH and VNC client for Windows, built as a modern alternative to MobaXterm and PuTTY. Its headline feature: paste an image straight into a remote terminal with Ctrl+V — the file is copied over SFTP and its path is dropped at your cursor, so command-line AI tools like Claude Code or Codex can read it instantly.
Alongside SSH it includes a full SFTP file manager (multi-select, Explorer-style cut/copy/paste, folder download, drag-to-desktop), VNC remote desktop, tmux-based persistent sessions, PuTTY session import, encrypted session export, tear-off / reorderable / colour-coded tabs, session restore after a crash or update, a live host status bar, and searchable colour schemes.
The free tier enables every feature and allows up to 3 saved sessions. A one-time Pro licence (3 devices) and Business seat-packs unlock unlimited saved sessions and priority support. Windows-only, with built-in auto-updates.
