What is gvmux?

A native macOS terminal built on libghostty, Ghostty's terminal engine, with vertical tabs and split panes. You get Ghostty's rendering, fonts, themes and config, in a different window layout.

What it is:

libghostty provides the terminal itself: GPU rendering, fonts, true color, the kitty keyboard and graphics protocols, shell integration and your ~/.config/ghostty/config. It does not provide an application, so this project is the app around it: windows, tabs, splits, menus, input and clipboard handling, written in Swift and AppKit.

It is a new app that links libghostty, not a fork of Ghostty's macOS app.
