Can be used to provide support to an online community, by solving tickets, adding a comprehensive FAQ section and interacting with users via emails.

Tickets can be managed via the tickets lists or on the front-end of your website.It lets you easily integrate all tickets with the web interface regardless of whether they are created using email or web-based forms.

Ticket status and time is also integrated keeping both admins and users informed.

Tickets can be categorized for easy management.
