The best. Prices are absolutely tolerable for that you get something decent. The software is in use regularly and ships with many features for special cases. The licensing/serial process is not complicated but unique; in fact it works well. I do not see any other soft/app that has similar capabilities or quality. For the disk-near tasks, one should invest into quality tools, such as HDclone.

Note that Hasleo Disk Clone icon Hasleo Disk Clone is faster for cloning, but you get more abilities with HDClone. My first attempt hanged ...at least visually. Lesson: keep the Status Window open (little @ symbol right of the status bar). Second time, I watched it go sector to sector like a reliable workhorse at about 30mb/s (the free rate) A great clone of a system drive! Does not clone to smaller drives

Solid, reliable piece of software. I like it because it reads and writes ext4 partitions, besides the usual NTFS and FAT32.

What is HDclone?

HDClone creates physical or logical copies (clones) and file images of hard disks and other mass storage media. HDClone is a perfect tool for backups and copies of entire software or operating system installations. A special SafeRescue mode makes HDClone an invaluable tool for rescuing defective hard disks and other media. HDClone works independent of partitioning scheme, file system, and operating system. It also works with proprietary formats which otherwise would be unaccessible.
