2 free linked athletes, so you can try out all the features before deciding to sign up more athletes
very affordable monthly cost
easy integration with most smartwatches, so athletes don't need to manually add their workouts, and a lot of data displayed when importing so I can see pace, HR, etc. quite clearly
good interface in both the mobile and desktop versions, info is easy to see and to get to; there are a lot of custom settings available such as HR zones, different colours for different types of workputs, making it easy to see things at a glance
automatic notifications when my athletes have completed their workouts
possibility to easily copy and duplicate workouts and to use templates for standard workouts, saves a lot of time
best of all, support is excellent, they are happy to take on board suggestions from users and implement changes
