ReGym

ReGym is a mobile app and a web panel for personal trainers and the people they coach.

Trainers build training plans from a ready library of 450+ animated exercises, save them as templates and assign them to new clients. Clients tick off sets during a workout, and the trainer immediately sees results, weight, measurements and progress photos. Workouts land in a shared calendar, and arrangements stay in the built-in chat instead of private messengers.

People without a trainer can build their own plan or get one matched to their goal after a short interview. Warm-up and stretching blocks come with a timer, and distance or time based exercises are logged in kilometres and minutes.

Trainers can enter results for a client during an in-person session, download a PDF progress report and give the app their own name and colour. ReGym works in English and Polish, on iPhone, iPad and in the browser.
