Loadout Coaching

Loadout is an online coaching platform for strength and conditioning, tactical, endurance and online personal trainers. You write a session the way you already do, for example "5x5 at 80%, rest 3 min", and Loadout turns it into structured sets, reps, loads and rest that your athletes log set by set on their phone. Because every prescription is structured, you can see prescribed against actual for every set, track personal records and training volume, and progress loads with a click.

What coaches use it for:

• AI programme drafting from the athlete's onboarding answers, then editing on a calendar with phases, week and block templates, and a plain-text programme editor
• A morning briefing and nudges that flag athletes who have gone quiet, missed sessions or are falling short of the prescription
• Cardio sent to Garmin and intervals.icu as structured workouts; the finished activity completes the prescribed session automatically
• Daily readiness check-ins (sleep, HRV, soreness, mood) and AI progression suggestions that you approve before anything changes
• Real-time logging, messaging, voice notes and form-check video review
• Nutrition targets, body metrics, habits and goals
• CSV import for your client list and existing programmes, so moving from another platform keeps your history

Coaches work in the web dashboard; athletes use the web app, with an iPhone app on the way. Pricing: free for up to 2 active clients with every feature, then $49 (39 GBP) a month including 5 active clients and $5 (4 GBP) per extra active client.
