If you are in need for a slim CMS, WordPress is not really a good alternative, as WordPress is quite a fat system and needs a database. On the other hand, WordPress has a wide range of functionalities and a plethora of plug-ins. All in all, I’d say, both CMSs are not comparable actually.

Oh no, not Drupal, if you are looking for a slim CMS. Drupal isn’t easy to use, and it is a fat system and needs a database. Drupal and GetSimple are not comparable in my opinion.

Yes, Joomla! might be famous and well known, but it is also overfatted and overfed. GetSimple is for people who want a slim and easy to use CMS, so Joomla! is not a good alternative in this case, I think.

Too many problems, at least with version 2.4.2. I deleted this one. GetSimple CMS is by far easier to use, and, last but not least, it does not need a database, which makes backups easier.
