Flight’s powerful search capabilities allow you to find the files you need, fast. Filter search results by file type, keywords, tags, date uploaded, original uploader and file size. Perform a search within your initial search results to achieve a precise output.
Share
Distribute content to non-flight users without the need to download and attach to an email. Flight allows you to share your content through multiple platforms. Create links where one or many files can be previewed in full-screen and downloaded, send directly to a recipients box or dropbox account, or share items on social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest.
Portals
Provide on-demand access publicly or through password-protected portals. Flight gives you the ability to create an unlimited number of portals, each with unique branding and user permissions.
Collaboration
Manage content throughout its entire lifecycle. Tag users in comments requesting changes be made, upload new versions of files and notify team members when items have been completed and are ready for use.
User Roles
Assign one of Flight’s three user roles to users of the system to manage access to your brands files. Pilots in the system have complete access and can define the functions that crew members and passengers can perform in the system.

I honestly can't remember how my co-workers and I got things done before Flight... Maybe a ton of email attachments? It's all stored on the cloud so that we no longer have to worry where or if anyone has that certain file or who has access.. Flight lets us totally give access to the right people. Super productive application. Best feature is the version control!
After a bunch of research I stumbled across Flight. We were looking for something easy to get going with and not spend a bunch of money and time setting up a system. My fav feature is the new search they just updated.. super easy to find files.
We were struggling trying to manage so many DropBox folders and grant access to users who only needed basic access or were working with us temporarily (contractors). We started using Flight to replace DropBox, but found it also helpful for managing all the different versions we were juggling via email!
Highly recommended for anyone who works on a team with creatives!
