What is MediaPlace?

MediaPlace is a browser-based media library for teams that store photos, video, audio, documents, camera RAW files, and design assets. It generates in-browser previews for more than 100 formats, reads embedded metadata, and supports semantic search across images and video clips alongside text search and file-property filters.

The service provides folders, collections, smart collections, ratings, batch editing, conversions, watermarking, and AI-assisted image and video operations that use credits. Files can be shared through branded pages with optional passwords and expiry dates; recipients can download, submit picks, leave timestamped video comments, or upload files through request links without creating an account.

MediaPlace is sold as a hosted service with storage-based plans that include a specified number of members and monthly AI credits. View-only users do not count toward the member allowance.
